Akron–Canton Airport (IATA: CAK, ICAO: KCAK, FAA LID: CAK), also known as Akron–Canton Regional Airport, is a commercial airport in northeastern Ohio, United States. It is located approximately 10 miles (16 km) southwest of Akron and 20 miles (32 km) northeast of Canton, in Green, Jackson Township and Plain Township. The airport serves both the Akron and Canton metropolitan areas and is the largest airport in the area.
The airport is a focus city for Allegiant Air and Frontier Airlines. In 2019, the airport handled 1,852,868 passengers, making it the 69th busiest airport in the United States.
The airport has two runways and is served by five airlines. It is the hometown airport for Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company and Diebold Nixdorf and is also a major hub for UPS and FedEx.
The airport is governed by an airport authority, which is composed of representatives from Canton, Green, Jackson Township and Plain Township.
