Huntsville International Airport is the second busiest airport in Alabama. It is located in the northeast region of Huntsville, which was once known as Twickenham. The airport is owned by the City of Huntsville and overseen by the Huntsville International Airport Authority.

In 2018, the airport handled over two million passengers and more than 191,000 aircraft arrivals and departures. It serves over 100 cities across North America, Central America, Europe, Africa and Asia with non-stop service to Canada’s largest city – Toronto – as well as Germany’s Frankfurt am Main.

There are three terminals located on site: Terminal One that houses Delta Airlines, Terminal Two that houses Allegiant Air and American Airlines/US Airways Express and a General Aviation terminal for general aviation flights.
